Under the proposed legislation, police will be given the power to fine individual clampers up to $1000 and a company up to $5000 for breaking the rules. These fines increased to $3000 and $15,000 respectively if the matter ended up in court. Read the full story here.

It is so much easier to train the puppy from day one. Do not leave it until issues arise - show them the behaviors you expect so that you will have a confident and well-mannered puppy/dog.
