The problem turned out to be the Fib re Broadband modem , problem diagnosed by the servicing department of a very large local computer business. This firm recommended we call Spark to have it replaced. Here's the result of my phone call to Spark . Long story short, they want $99.00 what they say is 50% of the modem cost???? or they will replace it free if my brother and his wife agree to sign up for a 12 month contract... To me that's pretty bad especially since my brother has been a long time customer . What say you neighbours???
