Poll: Does one hour free parking entice you to visit the central city?

Jake Kenny Reporter from Community News

The one-hour free parking offer in Christchurch City Council-owned parking buildings is coming to an end on Monday August 31.

The three-month offer was introduced to support central city retail and hospitality businesses recovering from the Covid-19 lockdown.

The Lichfield Street and Christchurch Art Gallery parking buildings will charge normal rates from Monday.

Does an hour of free parking make you more likely to visit the CBD?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
