Leasehold - Zones Plus Location

Karen Ellis - Ray White Real Estate

JUST LISTED!
3๐Ÿ› | 1 ๐Ÿ›
38 Flower Street, Bryndwr

The instructions are clear - this home must be sold!

This three-bedroom leasehold home is a great opportunity for first home buyers to get on the ladder, investors to start their portfolio or families to get into the Burnside/Papanui High School zones!

Being sited on leasehold grounds makes this proposition even cheaper with a new lease for 21 years to be set. So why rent with the uncertainty of your landlord selling? This could be a better option for you.

With so much potential to make it yours and very clear instructions to secure a sale, you will need to act fast and secure this opportunity to now!!

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldnโ€™t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
