Live Stronger For Longer
Did you know that we have Low Impact Fitness and Exercise classes happening during term time here on a Friday morning? As we get older, it's important to keep our bodies moving and our minds sharp. Join the small class at 10.30 am for a gentle warm up, some exercises that will help improve your strength and balance and then gentle stretches with some brain gym activities thrown in there too!
We just ask for a koha donation for this so anyone can afford to come. Afterwards there's also time for a great coffee and food at Big Papa's Kitchen, our onsite community café.
