Our biggest fundraising event of the year Annual Appeal is back! And this year from 8-9 March in Invercargill, we need your help to make a difference for animals in need!

We are on the search for passionate animal-lovers who are willing to join us in collecting donations from the public on behalf of the abused, neglected, and injured animals across New Zealand.

Whether it’s just two hours out of your day, or for the whole day, your support means the absolute world to us!

So grab your onesies and costumes, bring some face paint, and get your friends – furry or human! – to join you and help give animals a second chance at happiness!

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
