Outdoor Group Bootcamps
Hi all,
I live locally (Inwoods Road) and have just started running outdoor group bootcamps based in Parklands on Sunday mornings. If you are keen to come along please either visit my Facebook page www.facebook.com...... or you can check us out on www.parkfitnz.com.......
If it is your first bootcamp with us, then it’s FREE. I am not the type of trainer to pressure people into signing up so if interested just come along and see if it is something you would like, if not that’s no problem either.
Also offer lots of other personal training services ranging from 1:1 PT, small group weights sessions and lots more.
