Does the Tracer app’s instruction “Done” mean you’ve logged your entry into the supermarket or that you’ve done your 30min shop & are leaving? How much detail do they expect?

When are these stupid things going to be banned????? just had some morons letting them off at 11.30 tonight. Pets are terrified!!!! Sooner they are history the better. Is it illegal to let them off any other time than guy fawkes night?????
