Come along to our Spanish Cuisine and Tapas Course and learn how to make real Spanish Tapas, which are quick to prepare, tasty to eat and very healthy as well. You will surprise your friends and family with the range of delicious and tasty dishes you will prepare. This class is being taught by Nati Sanchez who is Spanish and one was of the 15 contestants of the first edition of Masterchef in Spain. She has also worked in a 3 Michelin Star Restaurant in San Sebastian.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
