Do you want to learn to decorate your own classic and contemporary style cakes. Papanui High School is offering a nightclass taught by Alana Smith from Alana Smith Cakes she will teach you the basic layering and masking techniques for naked, semi-naked and covered buttercream finishes, crystallizing edible flowers for decoration, tempering chocolate, making chocolate ganache and icing biscuits with royal icing. We finish with a festive Rudolph Cake. Perfect for the cake decorating enthusiast or if you just want to have some creative fun. No previous knowledge or experience necessary. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
