I taught this class last term at Papanui High School's Adult Community Education programme, and it is being offered again for 2021.
Term 1 weekly classes commence Thursday 25 February, 7-9pm.

Double bonus is that MacFarlanes on the Park Cafe is open between 9.30am-12pm on a Friday where you can get cheap and cheerful morning tea after class.

A fitness class for Strength & Balance accredited by ACC Live Stronger for Longer and is designed for +65 yet is open to anyone who struggles to get up and down off the floor as we all need some extra support at times. It’s fun, friendly and social. 45 minutes of fun exercise and then stay for a cuppa and chit chat at the cafe after.
