For example, Jan had two painters provide quotes for some painting and wallpaper work. She chose her painter and the work was completed. Two weeks later she noticed bumps and lumps in the wallpaper, that she hadn’t noticed at the time the bill was paid.
With a faulty product, you can return it and ask for a repair, replacement or refund. But that’s not so easy with a service! But Jan’s story ended well, the painter came back and rectified the problem at no cost to Jan.

It turns out that a New Zealander was also amongst the hostages, Colin Hardie, who used to be an editor of the Christchurch Star. The local papers wrote about Colin here: www.nzherald.co.nz... and here: www.pressreader.com...
Rami Sherman will be speaking on Sunday, August 20, at 2PM, at the Air Force Museum lecture theatre, Wigram, Christchurch
A collection will be taken at the Christchurch event to help defray costs.

These gorgeous wee boys and girls have flown down from Hamilton New Lives to be with us at Petstock Northwood and find their furever homes. Please come into store to meet them and if you are serious about taking one of these wee furbabies home with you then ask a friendly staff member if you can jump in the Caboodle for a cuddle (it may not always be possible depending on the kittens and the enviornment). Look forward to seeing you here at the Northwood SupaCentre, more information in store.
