Get Fit Quick Challenge
To get fit and feel really good it involves building up strength, mobility, stability, cardio fitness and most of all fun. This package is to give those in my community an opportunity to work with others to achieve results. Sessions are capped at 4, so there will be lots of individual attention, all programs will be tailored to the individual. This challenge is for 4 weeks with 3 sessions per week with lots of follow-up options. Ask your buddy if they would like to come along.
