Papanui High School Cake Decorating Classes

There are still places available in our upcoming Cake Decorating classes for this term

MONDAY 11 September 7-9 pm - Decorating a Gravity Cake course fee $122. This hands on Cake Decorating class taught by Adrienne Loffhagen will teach you how to cover a cake in fondant - create a drip effect and learn the tricks of making a gravity defying cake. Students will need to bring an empty Guinness can for the class, all other materials are included in the course fee along with the use of all equipment.

MONDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 7-9 pm Decorating a Cake for any Occasion course fee is $122. This hands on Cake Decorating class taught by Adrienne Loffhagen will teach you how to master the skills of smooth white ganache, piping and decorating a cake with chocolate macaroons and merginues. Students will need to bring macaroons/meringues/chocolate and sprinkles to decorate the top of the cake to your own tastes all other materials are included in the course fee along with the use of all equipment.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
