Community Lunch - 8th February
Our Community Lunches are back for 2018, with our first one for the year happening on Thursday 8th February, 11:30am at Beulah Church.
This is always a great time of connecting with others in the community over a 2-course meal, that only will cost you a gold coin donation.
This year we have our continued support from City Harvest Food Rescue Canterbury , St Albans Fruit & Vege Co-Op and Beulah Church, which is a massive help with this community event.
See you all on Thursday 8th February 11:30am
Beulah Church 140 Springfield Rd, St Albans
Gold Coin Donation.
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
