Papanui High School is offering a nightclass taught by Alana Smith from Alana Smith Cakes she will teach you the basic layering and masking techniques for naked, semi-naked and covered buttercream finishes, crystallizing edible flowers for decoration, tempering chocolate, making chocolate ganache and icing biscuits with royal icing.
