New Zealand Secondary Students Choir

Christchurch neighbours - don’t miss this chance to hear the New Zealand Secondary Students Choir in town these school holidays! Performing three public concerts, you’ll experience New Zealand’s finest teenage voices, right here in the Garden City. A highlight of the season is a vibrant outdoor performance as part of SCAPE Public Art.

The choir will sing in the Margaret Mahy Playground, 11.00am Saturday 7th October, all welcome! At 3.15pm there’s a ticketed concert at St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral. On Sunday 8th October the students will perform at a service at the Transitional Cathedral.

The choir of 58 students features four Christchurch members and is conducted by Christchurch-based Artistic Director, Dr Andrew Withington.
