FLOW2GLOW YOGA WITH ROBYN STARTING ON FRIDAY 19TH NOVEMBER.

Robyn from St Albans

I’m so excited to announce that I’m bringing a yoga class to the community. Flow2Glow combines flow/power/restorative yoga. This is for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. You simply modify the movements to do what feels best for you. Connect core/body strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, breathing techniques into this practice. This class is an excellent all-rounder for your mind, body & soul. It’s a lovely light and bright space and if it’s a nice day, we can do yoga in the park. Stay for a cheap and cheerful cuppa and cake at cafe after and enjoy some community connections.

With hope in my heart Namaste Robyn

✌️❤️💕🧘‍♀️

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
