Update on Appeal against Yankee Bourbon
Hi, Community Law submitted the appeal to the Yankee Bourbon licence application. As the process goes, Yankee issued a strike out. We are waiting for the Authority to make a ruling on whether or not they will allow the appeal to go ahead. They are asking for some other objectors if they wish to make any contribution. We should know after the 18th March if the appeal is going to go ahead. Will update you all as progress is made.
