Vehicle Licensing scam
As you may be aware there is a scam doing the rounds for vehicle licensing. I just received one of these and here are some observations. Any of these should tell you that it is a scam.
1. No mention of which vehicle we are supposed to relicence or its licence plate.
2. The attachment showed up as a jpeg but referenced a pdf.
3. The clickable box in the pdf when you hover over it shows as being from a site toolkeat.com and clicking through this takes you to dafcanada.com which is based in Argentina (maybe this is an effort by the Argentinean govt to solve their current financial crisis ?).
4. An examination of the raw internet data shows the email itself coming from contaboserver.net which is based in Germany.
5. If you manage to get through to toolkeat.com/wp-content/nz/ a web site looking like NZ Transports opens up at a page which looks like the renewal site but hosted by dafcanada.com and as noted above it is based in Argentina. The real site is based at www.nzta.govt.nz....
As you can see there are plenty of warnings that it is a scam.
Try and stay safe out there.

Poll: Should drivers retake the theory test every 10 years?
Drivers get where they need to go, but sometimes it seems that we are all abiding by different road rules (for example, the varying ways drivers indicate around a roundabout).
Do you think drivers should be required to take a quick driving theory test every 10 years?
Vote in the poll and share any road rules that you've seen bent! 😱

Is it possible to actually 'talk' to a Facebook person.
For a while now, about three times, I have had my 'FB messenger' site blocked.
I think the very 1st time a message mentioned about 8 reasons why I had been blocked, but not which of the 8 and which post. I tried to contact them but I end up going around and around in circles.
I have found out what is prompting the blocking, which has, yesterday they DISABLED my account after I posted 6 photographs of a friend's DOG on Messenger. I then remembered the last time it happened, I had posted multiple photos, and 'spam' was mentioned as one of the 8 possible reasons for blocking.
So now I know the reason, how the hell do I talk to them about it?
