House to rent privately wanted
Hi, I am looking for a smaller house, about three bedrooms, tidy well presented house , I am a clean freak and also have a cleaner.
Would love land, but that's a wish list ..
I am wanting to pay approx $400-450.
Long term rental preferable please. Pref not to go through agent, would like to know my landlords and do a private rental

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
