Possible burglary scoping..
Living in a private lane in Heathcote Valley, we were startled to a see a young man on our forecourt. When he realised we had seen him he waved. before knocking on the door. When the door was answered he asked for $1.10. He was declined, got on his red scooter and rode away. We have since been advised that he could well have been looking through our picture window to scope out our possessions for a burglary visit, particularly if no one was home.
He appeared quite presentable, about 15yo, about
5’8”. Please be vigilant if you live in our area.
