WINNIE BAGOES FUNDRAISER -FERRYMEAD

I am the manager of the Canterbury Junior/Youth Tenpin Bowling Team and we are holding a fundraiser at Winnie Bagoes in Ferrymead to help get to Nationals in Porirua. We need your help and support. Taking place on Sunday 17th September at 6.00pm. Tickets are $25 for an adult which includes breads, wedges, salad, and pizza. Kids (12 and under) are $15 and include breads, fries, and pizza. This is a set menu. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please advise when buying ticket. Why not get a group of friends together or your family. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
