Hospital carpark operator sticks to flat rate

A carpark operator charging a flat daily rate for users of the Deans Avenue car parking facility says there is nothing wrong with the practice. Do you think it's right to charge potentially sick people a flat rate regardless of how many visits they make? Comment below with your opinion.
