Looking for a rental property with a $10,997 bonus

Chris Finnerty

Brilliant Buying on Bordesley with $10,997 Bonus

Nestled away in a convenient location that is fewer than five minutes’ drive from the resurgent central city is this enticing three-bedroom property which presents a very appealing opportunity to both first-time buyers and investors.

The home’s interior is tidy, and astute buyers will see the potential to add further value. An EQC payout of $10,997.49 will be transferred to the new owners which could help kick-start any renovations.

The open plan living and dining area interacts superbly with the kitchen and also extends out to a low-maintenance outdoor area.

Three bedrooms provide accommodation while a family bathroom, a heat pump and a single garage complete the picture.

Brilliantly positioned, it’s just a short distance from the central city and is a stone’s throw from Eastgate Shopping Centre and the local park.

Buyers who are looking to take their first step on the property ladder or investors that are looking to add to their portfolio will be drawn to this property, and with keen interest anticipated, your earliest viewing is advised. Contact me for more information.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
