National Remembrance Service- Armagh St bridge closed

Aaron Campbell from Aaron Campbell - Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Board

no entry over Armagh St bridge by foot, scooter (or car) to Nth Hagley for the #WeAreOne National Remembrance Service tomorrow.
Closing to even foot traffic will cause much confusion, put a lot of pressure on the Botanic Gardens esp. the narrow footbridge- I hope I am wrong
PLEASE plan accordingly
*I am asking for clarification from the CCC on this
**response- "the closures made by Police due to heightened security risk"...

The following is from the CCC
