Former state house in Lyttelton scores architecture award

Nicole Mathewson Reporter from The Press

The home, high on a hill above Lyttelton Harbour has undergone a dramatic transformation by Bull O’Sullivan Architecture and has now taken out a major architecture award.

Toto Whare, as it’s named, won a Housing – Alterations and Additions Award in the NZIA Canterbury regional architecture awards, part of the Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects awards programme.
