At CAB we are passionate about helping people know and understand their rights in any given situation. We also help people access services and information in the Eastern suburbs every Tuesday @ The Loft. This summer we are looking to get out into the community to make a real difference by holding an event . We need your help to come up with what you would like to see us do . Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
