FREE STUFF
We are moving and have a whole lot of stuff we don't want. We don't have time to sell, so if you are in the neighbourhood and want to pick up a bargain -- come by asap today (Saturday 29 September). Items range from kids clothes, a Queen Anne lounge suite, side tables, entertainment unit, blinds, kitchen stuff, pictures -- all sorts. All must go by 3pm today otherwise we'll have to dump it. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
