The 2nd of October is the 32nd 'International Tenants Day', and the theme for this year is 'Safety in Your Home'. Each day this week TPA will post a special message just for you! An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
