Re Letter Box Drop - Covid Vaccinated Dead in 3 Years
We recently received a notice in our letterbox stating that all the vaccinated will be dead in 3 years. How wonderful that some people have crystal balls! What a gift to have!!! It would have been much better to have had a knock at the door so we could have met this/these incredibly magical and knowledgeable people/persons. We wonder if we are all going to implode simultaneously in a wonderful spectacle of blood?! What a show!
It is just as well that most of us have more intelligence that we are credited for and actually care about our loved ones and the community as a whole. If you are going to put nonsense in our letterbox, at least have the guts to knock at our door and face us.
House Sitters Available
Dear Neighbours
We are a hard working trustworthy family of 4 (non smokers/no pets of our own) looking to house sit in the New Year while we market/sell our property in Rolleston with the aim of moving back to the Cashmere area. We have 2 teenage sons who are at Burnside High School and my new job is also based in the central city. We are happy to care for gardens and pets and expect to pay power.
Warm wishes

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Live Q&A: Garden maintenance with Crewcut
This Wednesday, we're having another Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with John Bracewell from Crewcut.
John Bracewell, former Black Caps coach turned Franchisee Development Manager and currently the face of Crewcut’s #Movember campaign, knows a thing or two about keeping the grass looking sharp—whether it’s on a cricket pitch or in your backyard!
As a seasoned Crewcut franchisee, John is excited to answer your lawn and gardening questions. After years of perfecting the greens on the field, he's ready to share tips on how to knock your garden out of the park. Let's just say he’s as passionate about lush lawns as he is about a good game of cricket!
John is happy to answer questions about lawn mowing, tree/hedge trimming, tidying your garden, ride on mowing, you name it! He'll be online on Wednesday, 27th of November to answer them all.
