Canterbury Building Study Participants

Rachel from Trailblazer Research

In 2019, we conducted a Canterbury Building Study to understand what prospective homeowners were considering when building a home. It is now timely to repeat the study given the changed environment and financial conditions.
We are looking for people who are planning to build a new home in Canterbury in the next 12 to 18 months. The online survey will take 5 โ€“ 7 minutes and will cover a broad range of questions including locations being considered, the style and size of home and what features are important to you.
Each participant will go in a draw to WIN one of TWO $250 vouchers.

If you are interested in participating please either email Rachel rachel@trailblazerresearch.co.nz or visit our website www.trailblazerresearch.co.nz...

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesnโ€™t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

MISSING CAT

Freya from Ilam

Hey neighbours,

Koco my black cat is missing, from Ilam Road. It's been 11 days now, since 12/11/24. She's definitely not under the house or hiding anywhere and we've done everything we can to bring her home at this stage, but will always appreciate advice or other ideas. Before she went missing she was coming home and eating and cuddling etc every day, morning, night, and throughout. If anyone sees her anywhere we'd really appreciate a message :) Thank you so much!
-She's microchipped, three years old, wearing (could have lost) a red studded collar with my number and her name attached to a red heart name tag.
We really miss her ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ’”
