CAB JP clinic is re opening
Our JP clinic is re opening this Monday ( 15th November) 9.30-11.30 at Hornby Community Centre .
It is a booked clinic so please call 03 349 5236 to book in . The clinic will run every Monday until December 14th .
Covid precautions will be in place .
