re: new proposed "upgrade" to Church Corner

Does anyone else feel angry, upset, frustrated with what the Council are proposing for the church corner "upgrade". The Council have opened it up for consultation but I feel that whatever, they will just go ahead and do what they want. In my view, they have already made a mess of the changes they have made so far and it is only going to get worse. There will be more traffic congestion and more frustrated drivers. What else can we do?
