Homemade Curry Pastes
Would anyone be interested in getting together for an afternoon or evening of making homemade curry pastes? I have some awesome recipes for Red, Green and Massaman Thai Curry pastes; it would be easy, fun and economical to buy bulk ingredients (lemon grass, ginger, coriander, etc) and then process large batches that we could split up.
If this works, we could consider future gatherings to make spice rubs, seasonings, etc.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
