$10 per class

$80 if you pay for 10 classes
The class is focused on improving people's mental fitness,

- cultivate some calmness
- reduce anxiety
- combat depression
- find those elusive happy hormones people talk about
which in turn will also improve your physical fitness
- balance
- flexibility
- strength
- reduce falls
