Papanui High School Basket Weaving Classes
Papanui High School are offering two different Basket Weaving workshops this term.
Sunday 20 August is a Ribbed Basket Weaving course 9 am - 4.30 pm at a cost of $134. This fee includes all your materials. Taught by Tamar Guse students will weave a beautiful small ribbed basket used reed, vines and seagrass. Students will complete their own unique basket and learn the basic techniques for reproducing these beautiful artworks at home.
Sunday 10 September is a Basket Weaving Workshop for Beginners 9 am - 4.30 pm at a cost of $134. This fee includes all your materials. Taught by Tamar Guse students will weave a beautiful round basket using reed and seagrass. Students will complete their own unique basket and learn the basic techniques for reproducing these beautiful artworks at home.
