Boxfit Tuesday at Phillipstown Community Hub! 10am - KID FRIENDLY <3
Hey everyone!
Tomorrow is Boxfit Tuesday. We'd like to extend a warm welcome to anyone who's keen to join us for a great, fun, social workout. All sizes, all abilities, and children most definitely welcome - we can offer toys, snacks and some fun company for your preschoolers and we're baby-friendly too. You'll find us in Room 4, 39 Nursery Rd, workout kicks off at 10am. Equipment provided, just remember to bring a water bottle!
Fitclub at the Hub has workouts five days a week for just $2 a session. Give Zumba, yoga, Boxfit and a variety of other workouts a try at a great price! Led by three local mums with regular guest instructors. Find us on Facebook to learn more or feel free to ask for more info.
No sales, no sign-ups, no pressure. Just support, encouragement and a great family friendly place to get fit. See you there!
