The question is :
Should I wash all my recyclable bottles, can and jars and risk just going over my daily limit for water, or turn around and tell the council "if you want them clean...YOU wash them ! "

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
