Qigong is the foundation to Tai Chi. It is relatively simpler than Tai Chi and has more healing than Tai Chi. Qigong is the practice of moving meditation, using the body, mind, breath and Qi (energy) to initiate positive changes within the body.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
