Selling your house? $500 off commission costs!
If you're selling your home and looking at Mike Pero for it, the company gave everyone vouchers at the Americas Cup fundraiser tonight for $500 off the commission cost of a real estate agent - as well as a $500 donation to Pleasant Point Yacht Club which was destroyed in the quakes. I'm not planning on selling my place any time soon, but if anyone is, this voucher might be very useful for saving yourself half a thousand! Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
