The Cloud based PBX phone system is easily scalable to keep up with the changing needs of your business. You can add and remove users or additional features to match your business needs.
We have used the Hunt Groups feature in our reception area with

-Call monitoring
-Call forward to another DDI or cell phone
-Caller display
-Call waiting
-Hold music
Our hardware includes 18x desk phones with 8 side panels and a reception console phone with 24 side panels, hard drive, ethernet cables and some power boxes.
