Could hold a good sized roast of lamb.
Comes with lid and air vent in lid that can be closed off.
The ridge round the edge makes it a safe item to handle in and out of the oven. It has been well designed.
Stainless Steel never seems to age. No dents or damage

Reason for selling. Family have flown and too large for my needs.
