Survey for the Remutaka Cycle Trail

Cheryl from Carterton District

Have you biked part of the Remutaka Cycle Trail since Feb 2018? The partners of the trail, including Destination Wairarapa, have an urgent need for your help.
They need to complete at least 100 surveys from people who have biked the Remutaka Cycle trail for recreation since February 2018. If this is you, could you please fill out this survey and send it on to any other friends or family who visited the trail with you to also complete. They want to know what you enjoyed and felt could be done to improve the experience.
Reaching the surveys quota could directly impact on future funding and trail enhancements to make the experience even better.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
