Using lentil pasta instead of wheat pasta in dishes is a good way to increase protein and keep blood sugar stable. These versatile pastas are used in the same way as wheat pasta, and the same recipes can be used. The Lentil Lasagne has 12 grams of protein per serve and does not require pre-cooking before using.
