Urgent need of a single garage for storage

Susan from Westmere

Hi Neighbours,

I have just been let down by the owner of a garage I had agreed to rent for a minimum 6 months.
I could go to a storage company but would rather give the money to a neighbour, business or someone who would appreciate the extra bit of cash given the crazy situation we've just been through.

I would need to start using it from tomorrow as I pack up my place to move, so if you'd consider clearing space I don't need the whole thing at once.

I need approx the size of a single garage, and I'd be happy to share a half of a double if you'd like the spare $'s. Also happy to utilise a portion of a business premises if you've got room and would like a contribution - I don't need 24 hour access and happy to arrange around your work, etc.

Not bothered on location so much, just secure and accessible. I'm a quiet lady, and these are just boxes of family belongings which need dry cover.

I can be messaged on 021 149 7373.

Kind regards, Susan

Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Luckily self-checkout is being pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Share in the comments below if this has ever happened to you.
