What's on: HEAL documentary & sound meditation this Friday

Heal documentary | A film about the power of the mind

Director Kelly Noonan Gores' documentary takes us on a scientific and spiritual journey where we discover that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions have a huge impact on our health and ability to heal.

The documentary was recently released on Netflix so if you aren't able to make it next Friday make sure you check it out there!

Why should you come next Friday and not just catch it on Netflix?
- meet and mingle with like-minded people
- meet the healers in the room
- enjoy a deeply moving sound healing performed by Brian Berneman
- share your healing modality during our human noticeboard (if you're a healer yourself)

6:00pm: Arrive and mingle
6:15pm: Official Welcome
6:30pm: Film begins (1 hour + 45 mins)
8:15pm: Sound meditation, sharing and connecting

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
