Poll: Builders Direct or Project Managers
When undertaking building work on your home or simply getting those maintenance issues sorted do you prefer
A: To use a management company with all trappings ( Fancy vehicle, a boss with men on wages, materials using their account, full management package) or
B: Are you happy to employ LBP Carpenters working for themselves as a team and charging only for the hours worked. Materials bought on your account and paid by yourselves. Sub trades might be recommended but you pay these directly. No management structure just guys who know what to do, are licensed building practitioners and actually are the people doing the work.
