I recently wrote an article on property prices as this remains a hot topic of discussion among many circles.

What has driven the value of residential property in New Zealand over the past years? Among numerous factors, a handful stand out. I have addressed the role these factors have played in the substantial increase in the value of residential property in New Zealand over the past few years.
