PART TWO OF THE GUT HEALTH WORKSHOP & MASTERCLASS - with Kim

August is all about Gut Health - our Healthy Wholefood Cooking workshop joined with the Masterclass for a special two-part series. SESSION ONE was great, and Tuesday evening at 7.00pm we have SESSION TWO.

Are you suffering from bloating, feeling sluggish, have constipation or diarrhoea, an uncomfortable gut, reflux or abdominal pain, or just not feeling yourself?

Then this is just the workshop for you! Learn about cultured and fermented foods and how they can improve your overall health and wellbeing. Your will find out more about the importance of a healthy gut and you will see how to make your own cultured foods to support gut health and maintain a healthy microbiome.

Don't miss this special event where Kim will inspire your health journey and motivate you to incorporate nutritious foods into your daily routine. Save the dates and join us for evenings filled with learning, cooking, and tasting delicious wholefood dishes!
